Join us for a spacious day of somatic, heart-centered connection where we’ll guide you through our signature couples practices including creating sacred space, breathwork, stretching, movement, and massage.

Fourteen years into our partnership, we’ve found the key to a fulfilling relationship is to consistently commit time to intentional body and heart connection. While this might seem quite basic, syncing your nervous systems together with these practices can often heal the places within your relationship that feel distant or disconnected. These practices help us return to our true nature– as loving and compassionate beings that are wired for presence, playfulness, and joy.
You will come away with powerful insights and new somatic tools to connect with your partner that you can take back home and incorporate into a weekly routine. To support your integration, we include a series of videos that will allow you to seamlessly continue the practice.
With over 30 years of combined experience as yoga teachers, bodyworkers, and coaches, we’ve distilled our body of knowledge into powerful journeys supporting your relationship to thrive. It’s truly a joy to witness the transformation that couples experience through these practices. We are located on a beautiful 22 acre property close to downtown Forestville and the address will be given once payment is received.
If you and your partner are excited about learning new techniques to bring more joy and loving touch into your relationship, you are in the right place.
Whether you are doing great in your relationship or having challenges around carving out space for intimacy and connection, this retreat will support you in developing embodied and empowering practices of touch through massage, partner yoga and movement, and breathwork.
We recommend that couples have a baseline level of trust and stability and will not be doing “therapy”.
Forestville is a cute little town with its motto “The Good Life” and has a few good restaurants. The Russian River is also very close by as well as many wineries.
No. We have had same-sex couples join us in the past and we welcome all types of relationships!
Please note that because our retreats are limited to a small number of attendees, to allow for a more personable, intimate experience, our cancellation policy is in place to help guests and us alike work together sharing expenses that may arise from unexpected cancellations.
With less than 30 days notice, 50% of your registration fee will be refunded. Refunds will incur a 3% processing fee.
Within 14 days, no refunds will be given.
No one books with the intention of cancelling it, but unexpected events do occur, so we will consider each situation individually and if you are able to fill your spot we can issue a full refund
